Description

These Homemade Soda Recipes are crisp, colorful, and naturally sweetened — a refreshing way to enjoy fizzy drinks made with real ingredients. Easy to make, endlessly customizable, and perfect for summer sipping!


Ingredients

  • Strawberry Mint Soda: ½ cup strawberries, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3–4 mint leaves, ¾ cup sparkling water
  • Peach Basil Fizz: 1 peach, 2 tsp sugar or maple syrup, 2 basil leaves, ¾ cup sparkling water
  • Honey Lemon Ginger Soda: 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp honey, ¾ cup sparkling water
  • Pineapple Coconut Cooler: ½ cup pineapple juice, ¼ cup coconut water, sparkling water to top, lime wedge
  • Blueberry Lime Soda: ½ cup blueberries, 1 tbsp sugar, juice of ½ lime, sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Strawberry Mint Soda: Simmer strawberries with honey and ¼ cup water for 5–6 minutes. Muddle mint in glass. Strain syrup, add lemon juice, sparkling water, and ice.
  2. Peach Basil Fizz: Simmer peach slices with sugar and ¼ cup water for 10 minutes. Strain. Add syrup and basil to glass. Top with sparkling water and ice.
  3. Honey Lemon Ginger Soda: Mix honey, lemon juice, and ginger in a glass. Stir in sparkling water and ice. Garnish with lemon.
  4. Pineapple Coconut Cooler: Mix pineapple juice and coconut water. Add ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish with lime.
  5. Blueberry Lime Soda: Simmer blueberries with sugar and a splash of water for 8 minutes. Strain, add lime juice and sparkling water over ice.

Notes

Chill syrups and sparkling water before mixing for the fizziest results. Syrups can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 1 week. Use fresh fruit and herbs for the best flavor.
